Richard R. Ostroski, 68, of Fall River, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023.
He was a graduate of Diman Regional Vocational High School. A welder, he was formerly employed at Brayton Point Power Station. Richard enjoyed Bowling, shooting and fishing. He was a member of the St.John’s Athletic Club.
He leaves his parents, Adam R. and Rita E. (Levesque) Ostroski; siblings, Peter P. Ostroski ( wife Deborah L.) of Fayetteville, NC, James A. Ostroski (wife Deborah A.) of Somerset, and Carolann R. Ostroski (companion Brian C. Baer) of Fall River; and was the brother of the late John E. Ostroski. He was the companion for many years of the late Rose (Bouchard) Keezer and “stepfather” of her son, James Pritchard. Richard also leaves many nieces, nephews, and aunt and uncles.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 12 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. His funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 A.M. from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass in Blessed Trinity Polish National Catholic Church, 1340 Plymouth Ave. at 10:00 AM.
