Doris (Poisson) Lambert

Doris Rose (Poisson) Lambert, 87, of Westport, passed away Monday, October 10, 2022.

She was a former employee of Shelburne Shirt and Fall River Nursing Home, both in Fall River, MA.

Doris was very creative with her hands. She loved nature, working in the yard and had numerous hobbies, including ceramics, painting, sewing and doll collecting. She dedicated her life to her family.

She leaves three children, Raymond Lambert (wife Renee) Nancy (Lambert) Amaral and David Lambert; two grandchildren, Ryan Lambert and Gillian Amaral; two siblings, Anne Marie Newton and Robert Poisson (wife Linda); nieces and nephews.

She was the former wife of the late Omer W. Lambert, the sister of the late Gerald Poisson and the daughter of the late Conrad and Eva (Masson) Poisson.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 from  8:00 A.M. to 9:15 A.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River.

Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Grace Church, Sanford Rd., Wesport.

Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
