Yvonne M. Berube

Yvonne M. (Rondeau) Berube, 93, of Tiverton, wife of the late Donald N. Berube, passed away Sunday, December 8th 2024. 

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Philibert and Yvonne (Lemay) Rondeau. 

She was a graduate of Jesus Mary Academy, Class of 1950, attended Thibodeau Business School and was then employed by the former Fall River National Bank and retired from Fleet Bank in 1993.

Yvonne and her husband were members of the US Amateur Dance and Rhode Island Dance Association. They were competitive dancers and were awarded trophies in American and international style dancing. She volunteered for many years at St Anne's Hospital at the information desk. Her survivors include her brother Rene Rondeau, his wife Kathy, and several nieces and nephews. Yvonne was predeceased by her siblings Jeannette Bouchard, Rita Goulet, Joseph Emile Rondeau, and Maurice Rondeau.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 13, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S.Main St. Fall River.

Her funeral will be held Saturday, December 14, at 8:30 AM from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass at Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton, at 9:30 AM. 

Entombment in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum to follow.
