Yvette C. (Charest) Belisle

Yvette C. (Charest) Belisle, 95, of Tiverton, widow of Elphege "Al" Belisle, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. A member of St. Christopher Parish, Tiverton, she was the Rectory housekeeper, daily communicant of the church and a member of the Women's Guild of the parish. She leaves 2 children, Gregory Belisle and his wife Eileen of Tiverton and Jocelyne Stratton and her husband Lynn of Olive Branch, MS; grandchildren, Rochelle Jones (husband George), Rosalind Belisle, Gregory Belisle (wife Nichelle), Kevin Stratton and Michael Stratton (fiancée Elissa Pizza), great-grandchildren, Alicia and Douglas Belisle and Helen and Michael Jones; siblings, Rev. Roger M. Charest SMM of NY, Reina Morin (husband late Oliver) of MD, Doris Morin (husband late Roland) of Tiverton and Lorraine Doucette (husband George) of Fall River; and many nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Blanche (Gregoire) Charest and the sister of the late Romeo "Bucky" Charest (wife late Jeannette), Robert Charest (wife late Muriel) and Henry Charest (wife late Jeannette). Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in ST. THERESA Church, STAFFORD RD., Tiverton, at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday 3:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Montfort Missionaries, 26 South Saxon Ave., Bay Shore NY 11706.
