William F. Almeida, Iii

William "Billy" Almeida III, 59, of Fall River, formerly of Tiverton, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, March 6, 2012. The beloved son of Marjorie (Arruda) Almeida of Fall River and the late William F. Almeida Jr., Billy enjoyed life. He worked as a musician and at Loring Studio. He traveled up and down the east coast while playing his music. Billy was the lead singer in the band Joint Effort with his cousin Randy Enos. Billy enjoyed spending time with his cousin Eddy Almeida, also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Besides his mother he leaves beloved siblings, Marjorie "Marcy" Ytkin and her husband Neil of Fall River, James F. Almeida and his wife Amy of New Bedford; beloved nephew Chucky Schanil, III of Fall River, late Carol Meagher and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial to remember his life will be held on Saturday March 10th from 2-5pm at the home of his sister and brother-in- law, Marcy & Neil Ytkin 624 Mohawk Drive, Westport MA.
