Vivianne J. (Beaudoin) Morrissette

Vivianne J. (Beaudoin) Morrissette, 70, of Fall River, wife of Gerald A. Morrissette, passed away after a valiant battle against cancer, Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at home.  She earned an Associate Degree in Childcare from Bristol Community College and was employed by Delken Laundry for 30 years.  Active with the music ministry for over 40 years at St.Anne’s and St.Mary’s parishes, she loved the Lord, her family, and friends.

She enjoyed children, nature, the Red Sox and the Patriots, exercise classes and spending time with “Patches” the family dog.

Besides her husband of 47 years, she leaves four children, Gregory Morrissette, Bethany Gomes (husband Derek), Michelle Morrissette (boyfriend Doug Perkins) and Timothy Morrissette (wife Vanessa); four grandchildren, Jack and Angela Gomes, Preston and Lacey Morrissette; four siblings, Jacqueline Gibson (husband Harold), Diane Wingate (husband Charles III), Paul Beaudoin and Yvette Arruda (husband Antone); many nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late George and Eva (Mercier) Beaudoin.

Visitation will be held Tuesday 11/28 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So.Main St. Fall River.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, 11/29 at 9:00 AM from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Spring St. at 10:00 AM. Please wear blue per Vivianne’s wishes.
