Vivian A. (Provencal) Teixeira

Vivian A. (Provencal) Teixeira, 78, of New Bedford, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 after a brief illness.

Born on January 31, 1940 to Ovila and Yvonne Provencal, she is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Richard Teixeira, a loving son, Jeffrey R. Teixeira, of New Bedford; a brother, Armand Provencal of Taunton; and a sister, Paulina Provencal of Fairhaven.

She worked at Payne Cutlery, Cameo Curtains and Polaroid for years. She and her husband enjoyed day trips, eating out and Bingo after retirement. Funeral arrangements are private and entrusted to the Auclair Funeral Home. Online guest book at AuclairFuneralHome.com
