Virginia M. Murray

Virginia M. Murray, 91, of Hall St., Fall River, entered into rest Monday, December 14, 2015. A graduate of BMC Durfee High School and Thibodeau Business College, she was employed by Ashworth Brothers, Inc. for over 40 years, serving as Executive Secretary, Clerk of the Corporation and Member of the Board of Directors. She was a member of the Children of Mary of St. Patrick Parish, now Good Shepherd Parish. She was the sister of the late Charles R. Murray; the daughter of the late Robert and Lydia (Chamberland) Murray; the beloved aunt of Deborah Correllus, Robert Murray, Elizabeth Murray and the late Kathleen Whittaker and William James Murray; the "great auntie" of Christine Murray, Melanie O'Connor, Sarah Tibbetts and Katherine Correllus; and the lifelong friend of the late David Perreira. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Good Shepherd Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery.
