Veronica Perry

Veronica Perry, 78, of Fall River, Massachusetts passed into eternal life on Thursday, August 31, 2023.

Born on October 15th 1944 to Joseph Perry and Mary Perry (formerly Perreira) who were of Portuguese heritage, Veronica graduated from B.M.C. Durfee High School in Fall River and worked in the clerical field most of her career.

Veronica enjoyed spending time with children and was a Big Sister with the Big Brother Big Sister program and a foster mom. She had a “green thumb” and her home was always full of plants. She loved Jesus and was a very spiritual and prayerful person whose life revolved around God. She loved to read the Bible and attended Faith Christian Center for many years.

Veronica was funny, a bit sassy and loved seafood. She enjoyed visiting the Liberal club for lunch, as it was her favorite restaurant. She also knew her way around the kitchen and made a great Portuguese soup.

Veronica is survived by an aunt, Edith Medeiros, many cousins and her spiritual daughter, Ingrid Pereira and her family.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial service to give thanks for the life of Veronica Perry on Sunday October 15, 2023 (her birthday) @ 11:30 AM at Faith Christian Center, 95 Sagamore Road, Seekonk, MA, 02771.
