Timothy J. "Elmo" Kearns

Timothy J."Elmo" Kearns, 51, husband of Joyce (Worthen) Kearns of Fall River and son of Eva (Bouchard) Kearns of Swansea and the late Michael Kearns, died Wednesday, December 14, 2011. A union carpenter, he enjoyed spending time with his grandsons. Besides his wife of 28 years and mother, he leaves two children, Sonya Kearns Alexander and her husband Shawn Cabral of Fall River and Timothy Kearns of Somserset; two beloved grandsons, Noah Robert Alexander and Devin David Netto Alexander; siblings, Nancy Phaneuf of Swansea, Michael Kearns of Bristol, RI and Susan Costa of Somerset; his mother-in-law Barbara Worthen of Swansea; and 13 nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late John Kearns and the son-in-law of the late Robert Worthen. Visitation, Saturday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River.
