Thomas Milton Halliwell, 77, of New Bedford, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023.

Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Milton Halliwell Jr. and the late Lena E. (Pillmear) Halliwell.

He was an avid collector & loved his Chinese Shar Pei dogs.

Thomas is survived by his son, Michael Halliwell (wife Tedene); two grandchildren, Jessica and David Halliwell. Tom is also survived by many cousins, family members & friends.
