Thomas F. Cipollini

Thomas F. "Butch" Cipollini, 72, of Johnson St., Taunton, formerly of Fall River, husband of Mary "Cippy" (DeCosta) Cipollini died Tuesday, October 7, 2008.
A loving husband and devoted father, grandfather, brother and uncle, he loved spending quality time with family and friends. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was an avid Boston sports fan and collector of Fall River postcards.
Besides his wife of 39 years, he leaves 2 daughters, Linda Powell and her husband David of Corvallis, Oregon and Nancy Cipollini and her partner Tina Rohewicz of Mission Viejo, CA; , a sister, Shirley Lessard of Enfield, CT, grandchildren, Mandy, Christopher, Alicia, Jeremy and Joshua; 4 great-granddaughters and nieces and nephews.
He was the son of the late Casimiro, Sr. and Mary Eleanor (Andrew) Cipollini and the brother of the late Theresa Chace and Casimiro, Jr. and Robert Cipollini.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:30 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
