Theresa A. Tosi, 96, a cherished mother, grandmother, and the last of 13 siblings, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024, in Fall River, Massachusetts, after a brief illness. Born on September 22, 1928, in Malden, Massachusetts, Theresa lived a life brimming with kindness, warmth, and a remarkable spirit that touched everyone she met.
Theresa dedicated her career to helping others as a home health aide, where her compassion and dedication shone brightly. She was not just a caregiver by profession; she had a beautiful soul, always ready to lend a hand or offer a kind smile, illuminating the lives of those around her.
In her leisure time, Theresa found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She often enjoyed sitting on a park bench, savoring the scenery around her—a testament to her appreciation for the beauty in everyday moments. She also had a deep affection for her favorite television shows, and her dog Brady, which brought her countless hours of joy and laughter.
She is survived by her sons, Paul Tosi, and Mark Tosi and his companion, Linda Fillion. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Frederick "Robin" Geddes, Mark Luis Tosi, Jacqueline Tosi, and Emily Eleanor Tosi, each of whom cherished her deeply and carry her memory in their hearts.
Preceding Theresa in death were her husband, Louis P. Tosi, as well as her children, Scott Tosi and Marlene Lena. She was the daughter of James P. and Lena (Borden) Brienzi.
