Theresa D. Lempke

Theresa D. “Terezinha” Lempke, 76, of Somerset, wife of Steven Lempke, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021.

A proud Azorean immigrant and now US citizen, she raised three daughters on her own. She would say “ I’m a survivor!”

Theresa was employed in the nursing industry and was also a member of Fall River Emergency Management Search and Rescue.  She was the type of person who spoke her mind to tell you exactly what she thought.

Besides her loving husband of 35 years, she leaves daughters, Susan M. Brown, Linda M. DaSilva and Theresa Schultz (husband David); stepchildren, Amanda E. Lempke and BMC Adam E. Lempke, USCG, Retired, (wife Laura);

ten grandchildren, Corey Medeiros, Syan Brown, Sophia Schultz, Olivia Schultz, Hannah Lempke Sanner, Andrew Sanner, Abigail Sanner, Christian Sanner, Jillian Sanner and Madison Lempke; a great-grandson, Boston Medeiros; a sister, Conceição “Conny” Costa; nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a committal service in the mausoleum chapel at Notre Dame Cemetery, 1540 Stafford Rd. Fall River, MA Friday, June 25,  at 11:00 A.M.  Arrangements are entrusted to Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River.
