Theodore "Ted" Souza

Theodore "Ted" Souza, 65, of Arlington St., Fall River, husband of Susan (Lavigne) Souza, died Thursday, November 11, 2010. An automobile and heavy equipment mechanic, he co-owned and operated the former Rodman Auto Repair and was employed by Patenaude Bros. and for the past ten years has owned and operated K & T Landscaping and Home Improvement. He served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard and was a member of the Liberal Club. Besides his wife of 28 years, he leaves, six children, Michelle Linstrom of FL, Wayne Souza (Crystal) of VA, Darlene Catabia (Kevin) of Tiverton, Michael Souza (April), Thomas Souza and Jennifer Souza, all of Fall River; nine grandchildren, C.J. Linstrom, Stephen Souza, Kevin, Ethan, Jacob, Jaden and Isaac Catabia and Michael and Emma Souza; three sisters, Joan Huck (Daniel) of FL, and Janet Pearson (William) and Sheila Boucher, all of MI; and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Theodore Souza and Mary (Almeida) Souza Boucher; the father of the late Theodore Souza, Jr. and Donna Gray Souza; the stepfather of the late Damian I. Gray; and the grandfather of the late Chad Michael Souza. A funeral service will be held Sunday evening at 7:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Cremation to follow. Visitation, Sunday prior to the service from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
