Suzanne (Beauparlant) Fitzgerald

Suzanne (Beauparlant) Fitzgerald, 94, formerly of Bay St. in Fall River, wife of the late Edward Fitzgerald, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018.

Suzanne leaves behind three children, Patrick D. Fitzgerald of Berkley, Shirley Olson and her husband Michael of Colorado Springs, CO and Michael Fitzgerald and his wife Nancy of Fall River; three grandchildren, Patrick Fitzgerald and his wife Ingrid of Berkley, Cass Fitzgerald and his wife Jessica of Miami and Jeffrey Olson and his wife Sara of Denver; a sister, Doris Gagnon of Fall River; five great-grandchildren, Colin, Ava, Dylan, Brady and Caleb Fitzgerald and Lennox Olson.

She was the grandmother of the late Carisa Fitzgerald, the sister of the late Leona Gancarski, Homer and Romeo Beauparlant, Cecile Doige and Anita Raposa, the daughter of the late Amie Beauparlant and Marie (Canuel) Beauparlant Gagnon. She was the mother in law of the late Cassandra Fitzgerald.

Suzanne will be remembered for her beautiful spirit. Her happiness was infectious as she never had a bad day. She always had a smile on her face as she enjoyed cooking for her family, knitting and crocheting, as well as reading a good book. She was an incredible baker and seamstress and loved playing with her great-grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be held Monday, August 6, 2018 at 11:00 A.M at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St. Fall River. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday morning prior to the funeral from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Memorial donations in memory of Suzanne may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd.Waltham, MA 02452.
