Steven A. Viera

Steven A. Viera, 59, of Fall River, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Judith A. (Laroche) Viera, with whom he shared 35 years of marriage.

Steve was a very loving soul who would help anyone. He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and a movie buff who enjoyed martial arts. A funny man who always had a joke for everyone. Cooking and Chinese food were his favorites.  Steve worked as a tractor trailer truck driver for Stop and Shop for over 25 years. Above all the greatest joy in his life was the love he had for his family. A true family man that will be greatly missed.

Besides his wife, he leaves his three children, Kyle Steven, Cody Richard, and Tyler Joseph; a grandson, Luke Evan; his siblings, Lori Ann (Michael) Sardinha and Carl Viera;  his brothers-in-law, Michael Laroche (Patricia); and Daniel Laroche;  his mother in law Catherine (Joynt) Laroche; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and last but not least, his dog, Bella.

He was the son of the late Richard and Judith (Oliveira) Viera and the son-in-law of the late Joseph A. Laroche.

His visitation will be held at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, on Wednesday, January 24, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, January 25, at 9:00 AM, at the Auclair Funeral Home with a Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd., at 10:00 AM.

Burial is at Notre Dame Cemetery.
