Steven Pontes

Steven Pontes, 34, passed away at Charlton Memorial Hospital following an illness on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.

Born in Fall River, he was the son of Felisberto and Maria Lourdes (Pereira Branco) Pontes of Fall River.

A great brother and a friend to many, he would give the shirt off his back to help anyone.  He loved his family deeply.  Steven enjoyed motorcycles, camping, fishing and was a New England Sports fan.

Besides his parents, he leaves two brothers, Jose Pontes, Matthew Pontes (Lindsey Cordeiro);

a sister, Shakina Pontes; a nephew, Noah Anthony Pontes;

loving aunts and uncles including Ana Travassos. Maria F. Pereira and Antonio Pereira (wife Lori). Steven also leaves cousins, aunts, uncles and other family members in Portugal.

His visitation will be held Friday morning from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River with a Funeral Mass in Santo Christo Church, Columbia St. at 11:00 A.M.  Burial to follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River.
