Steven P. Picard

Steven P. Picard, 57, of Hobson Ave., Tiverton, husband of Susan C. (Dacey) Picard, and son of Theresa "Tess" (Rezendes) Picard, and the late Lionel "Len" Picard, died Thursday, March 1, 2012. Besides his wife of 25 years and mother of Tiverton, he leaves a daughter, Allison Picard of Tiverton; sisters, Debra Moran and her husband Larry of Somerset, Sue-Ann Picard of Fall River, and Beth Picard of Tiverton; and aunts, uncles, and nieces. A Tiverton High School graduate, he was a self employed Arnold Bread distributor until 2010. He enjoyed time spent with family and friends, playing the guitar, reading historical biographies, watching the History Channel, woodworking, and skiing. His funeral will be held Monday at 8:45 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Theresa Church, Stafford Rd., Tiverton at 10:00 AM. Burial, Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton. Visitation, Sunday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
