Steven L. "Steve" Ouellette

Steven L. "Steve" Ouellette, 65, of Fall River, formerly of Westport, husband of Paula J. (Eckard) Ouellette, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017.

He was a Charlton Memorial Hospital Surgical Technician. He was an avid golfer and coached in the Westport baseball and basketball leagues.

Besides his wife of 45 years, he leaves two sons, Christopher Ouellette of Westport and Fall River and Matthew Ouellette and his wife Kimberly of Sarasota, Florida; a grandson, Drake Ouellette; a sister, Jacqueline Tripp of New Bedford and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late George and Dorothy (Kirby) Ouellette; the brother of the late George and Ernest Ouellette and the son-in-law of Arlen M. (Travers) Eckard of Somerset and the late Burt H. Eckard.

Visitation, at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers. Donations may be made to Matthew Ouellette for the benefit of Drake Ouellette.
