Steven P. Medeiros

Steven P. Medeiros, 55, of Fall River, died Thursday, April 8, 2010. A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he was employed by SSTAR and was a self-employed painting contractor. An avid fisherman, he enjoyed the outdoors and vacationing in Cancun and Florida. He leaves his loving and devoted wife of 23 years, Lisa A. (Morro) Medeiros; daughters, Sherri Lynn Medeiros and Kelly Ann Medeiros (fiancé Joao Carvalho); a granddaughter, Vanessa Lee Carvalho; and a brother, Anthony Medeiros, Jr., all of Fall River; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. He was the son of the late Anthony "Whitey" Sr. and Gilda (Medeiros) Medeiros. A funeral service will be held Monday at 9:00 AM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday 3:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
