Steven J. Dupont

Steven J. "Wheel" Dupont, 44, of Fall River, died unexpectedly on July 14, 2007. He was the son of Donald H. "Duck" and Rosalind (Pacheco) Dupont of Fall River. A 1981 graduate of Diman Regional Vocational High School, he worked as an auto mechanic at Pine Hill Auto in Westport. He enjoyed a NASCAR racing, camping and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He was the former husband of Dawn (Souza) Dupont of Fall River, father of Brittany Lynn Dupont of Fall River, brother of Karen Dupont of Fall River, Michelle Travis (husband Patrick) of Swansea, and Derek Dupont of Fall River, uncle of Justin Dupont, Ashley Moniz, Corie and Jamie Travis. Visitation, Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. in AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St., Fall River, Burial will be PRIVATE. PORTICO, BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE and LARGE PARKING AREA at the rear of funeral home.
