Stephen Michael Pereira

Stephen Michael Pereira, 67, of George St., Attleboro, formerly of Fall River and Somerset, died Sunday, October 30, 2005 in Attleboro after a long illness. He was the former husband of Noreen (Alexander) Pereira of Crowders Mountain, N.C. Born in Fall River on April 8, 1938, he was the son of Sophie (Medeiros) Pereira of Fall River and the late Antone Pereira. He was employed as a construction worker. He graduated from Diman Regional Vocational High School, Fall River and was an avid sports enthusiest. Besides his mother and former wife, he leaves 2 sons, Michael A. Pereira and Mark S. Pereira, both of Belmont, N.C. a brother, Frank Pereira of Attleboro; 4 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Gerald Pereira.
