Stella Marie) (Ste.) Jeunesse

Stella L. (Ste. Marie) Jeunesse, 100, formerly of Fall River, Swansea and Somerset, widow of Edgard P. Jeunesse, died Monday, October 31, 2011 at "Country Gardens", Swansea. Employed by the former Berkshire Hathaway Co. many years ago, she was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of the former Blessed Sacrament Parish, Fall River, past president of the Fall River Girls Club, a Rose Hawthorne Lathrop Home volunteer, and a former member of the Daughters of Isabella, the Catholic Women's Guild, and the former St. Michael Parish "Smart Set" Bowling League, Swansea. She leaves 3 children, Pauline Roy of Somerset, Denise Amorin of Fall River and John "Jackie" Jeunesse and his wife Susan of Taunton; grandchildren, David and Robert Roy, Colleen Phalen, Kristin Roy-Gosnell, Joseph, John, Jeffrey, Richard and Shawn Amorin, Christopher Jeunesse and Jason Souza; great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Michael Amorin; the daughter of the late Aurephise and Marie Louise (Plante) Ste. Marie; and the sister of the late Alfred and Normand Ste. Marie, Lucille Barton, Rhea and Yvette Williamson, Emma Bernard and Lillian Leach. Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Louis de France Church, Swansea, at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Thursday, 4:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
