Sandra (Seneca) Borges

Sandra (Seneca) Borges, 75, of Somerset, wife of Richard M. Borges, entered into rest Sunday, August 21, 2016. Born in Fall River, she was a long time resident of Somerset, where she raised her three children and became involved in supporting youth sports as a member of the Somerset High School Parents Boosters Club for several years. She was employed as the Southcoast Orthodontics office manager until shortly before her passing. She loved sports, entertaining family and friends, and frequent visits to Foxwoods where she would try her hand at beating the odds during her favorite card games.

Besides her husband of 56 years, she leaves three children, Stacey Borges-Griffin and her husband Mark of Castle Rock, Colorado, Sheli Borges of Seekonk and Jay R. Borges and his wife Christine of Fall River and grandchildren, Emily Borges, Blaire Griffin, Brooke Griffin and Quinn Borges.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Louis de France Church, Swansea. Interment will be private.
