Ryan J. Arruda

Ryan J. Arruda, 37, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022.

Employed by Stop & Shop at the warehouse, Ryan was a member of the Teamsters Union.

He enjoyed spending time with his family.  Ryan was a talented cook, often referring  to himself as “Chef Boy R. Ryan”.

Full of life, he loved everyone.  All that mattered to him was family, especially his beautiful daughters and beautiful wife.

He was the husband of Ana (Palherio) Arruda; father of Rihanna L. Arruda and Bailey Austin Palheiro-Arruda; son of Richard J. “Rick” Arruda, Jr. and the late Linda Mae (Berube) Williams;

Stepson of Kevin Williams; brother of Danielle Burns, Richard J. Arruda III and Tyler Arruda; grandson of Richard J. “Rick” Arruda, Sr. and the late Donna J. (Saunders) Arruda; Florence and Normand Berube; son-in-law of Lucia (Lopes) Barros, and her husband Jose Barros Palheiro, brother -in- law of Hugo Palheiro, Kevin Palheiro and Helen DeSilva and her husband Jeffrey DeSilva; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 2, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. and Saturday, December 3, from 8:00 A.M. to 9:15 A.M. in the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.  Burial to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
