Russell J. Amaral, 59, of Fall River, husband of Denise (Levesque) Amaral, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

He was employed by Taco Comfort Solutions for 35 years. A graduate of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, he was a member of St. Anne’s Fraternity and the Italian Progressive Club. An avid hunter, he traveled to Africa twice. He was an avid New England sports fan.

Besides his wife of 21 years, he leaves his parents, Robert “Bob” and Claire (Francoeur) Amaral, four children, David Amaral, Kristi Amaral, Stacy Vieira and Lynn Ragonesi Jorge (husband Tim)

Five grandchildren, Tyler Amaral, Marissa Miguel, Austin Picard, Jacob Carpenter and Aiden Vieira, a great-grandson, Wesley Minkle; four siblings, Robert Amaral, Carol Noiseux, Susan Beaulieu and Gayle Orlando, nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. in Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So.Main St.Fall River. Visitation prior to service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
