Rose Pacheco, 98, a strong and independent woman for her time, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Saint Anne's Hospital in Fall River, the city where she was born. Rose was employed as a seamstress.

Rose was a beacon of warmth and kindness, touching the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. More than just an Aunt, she embodied the essence of friendship, sisterhood, and omnipresent support, serving not only as a confidant to her loved ones but also as a guiding light in times of uncertainty.

Rose was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Manuel and Mary (Correira) Pacheco, and her brothers and sisters: Manuel Pacheco, Alcide "Sam" Pacheco, Alfred Pacheco, Edmond Pacheco, Daniel "Danny" Pacheco, William Pacheco, Edward "Eddy" Pacheco, Loretta Souza, Alice Pelletier, and Mary Proc.

Her visitation will be held at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main Street, Fall River, Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Rose's funeral will be held Friday, April 4, at 9:00 AM from the funeral home with a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. Fall River, at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
