Rose (Beaulieu) Bessette

Rose (Beaulieu) Bessette, 99, formerly of Hamlet St., and No. Main St., Fall River, widow of Albert H. Bessette, died Wednesday, May 25, 2011. She worked in the garment industry and was a member of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary and the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of St. Anne Parish. She was the sister of Irene Joncas of Fall River and the late Alfred Beaulieu; the daughter of the late Elzear and Alma (Fortin) Beaulieu; the sister-in-law of the late William Joncas and Mary Beaulieu; and the aunt of William R. Joncas (wife Lorraine) of Westport, MA, Pamela Sullivan (husband Robert) of WA, and Eugene Beaulieu (wife Bernadette) and Lisa Reed (husband John), all of Somerset. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in the Chapel of Catholic Memorial Home, at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Saturday morning prior to the funeral from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
