Roland St.Denis

Roland St.Denis, 90, of Guilford, Connecticut, formerly of  Somerset, Massachusetts, passed away Thursday, October 28th,2021.

Born in Revere, Massachusetts, son of the late Ralph and Corinne (Ducharme) St.Denis, he lived in Somerset for many years.

He worked in research and development for Hughes Aircraft, Los Angeles, California for several years and was employed by American Airlines for 32 years, retiring from it’s Providence facility in 1994.  A Korean War veteran, he had served in the Navy and the Navy Reserve. Roland was an antique car enthusiast and a diehard Boston sports fan. But what he loved most was spending time with his beloved family.

He leaves three daughters, Corinne Rodrigues, Claudiene Curtis (husband Benjamin) and Jeniene Stockwell (husband Craig);

A son, Roland St.Denis (wife Lynn); a brother, Norman St.Denis (wife Gloria); fourteen grandchildren, and companion, Nancy Lou Ricci.

A visitation will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 NOON with a funeral service at 12:00 NOON at Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River, MA. Burial to follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
