Roland T. Desrosiers

Roland T. Desrosiers, 85, of Fall River, husband of the late Blanche (Senechal) Desrosiers, died Friday, October 17, 2014. An Army veteran and member of Carpenter's Union, Local 1305, he enjoyed gambling, long walks and monitoring the stock market. He leaves four children, Raymond Desrosiers of Colorado, Katherine Moniz of Florida, Steven Desrosiers of Somerset and Susan Schumann of Fall River; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late John Desrosiers; the son of the late Roland and Alice (Jette) Desrosiers and the brother of the late Janet Goldman, Ann Marie Mello, Pauline Mazzarella, Robert Desrosiers and Raymond Desrosiers. Following cremation, his funeral service will be held Thursday, October 23, at 11:00 AM at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Visitation, Thursday morning prior to the service from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
