Roland Aubin

Roland Aubin, 72 of Westport, died Sunday, September 18, 2005 at Saint Luke's Hospital, New Bedford. He was the husband of Mary (Poitras) Aubin. Born in Fall River, the son of the late Hormidas and Rose (Tanquay) Aubin, he lived in Fall River for many years and in Westport since 1972. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Tiverton and the Holy Ghost Club in Westport. Besides his wife of 54 years, he leaves 2 daughters, Diane Monast and her husband Dennis of Berkley and Pauline Aubin of Westport; 2 sons, Richard Aubin and his wife Joyce of Jackson, New Jersey and Robert Aubin and his wife Susan of Fairhaven; 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Bertha Desrosiers and Arthur Aubin. Following cremation, a memorial mass will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, Sanford Rd. Westport.
