Robert "Bob" St.Amour

Robert U. "Bob" St.Amour, 80, of Gifford Rd., Westport, husband of the late Muriel V. (Perron) St.Amour, died Thursday, December 16, 2010. The leader of the Bob St.Amour Orchestra, also White's Restaurant House Band, he was a self-employed hardware manufacturers' representative and the Westport Registrar of Voters. He leaves two sons, David A. St.Amour and his wife Diane of Charlestown, RI and Robert T. St.Amour and his wife Debbie of Westport; grandchildren, Dawn, Daniel, Domenic, Stephanie and Cassandra St.Amour: great-grandchildren, Dalton, Mason, Alexander, Derek and Ava; siblings, Albert "Gus" St.Amour of Fall River, Norman H. "Biggy" St.Amour of Westport and Alice Kraska of Swansea; and nieces and nephews. He was the great-grandfather of the late Drew Michael St.Amour; the son of the late Ulric and Flora (Moreau) St.Amour; and the brother of the late Beatrice Berube, Isabel Ciafardini, Florence Labecki, and Edmund and Frederick "Dick" St.Amour. His funeral will be held Monday at 10:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Notre Dame Church at 11:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
