Robert Piette

Robert J. "Bob" Piette, 83, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, husband of the late Jeanne (Beauchesne) Lavoie Piette, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a former employee of Chex Finer Foods Incorporated.

He leaves a stepson, Robert E. Lavoie, his wife Ann and their sons, Mitchell and Gage Lavoie of Lutherville, Maryland; siblings, John Piette of North Attleboro, George Piette of Kansas and Adrienne Rollo of Maine; sisters-in-law, Sister Lorraine Beauchesne, O.P. of Fall River and Claire Gehrman of California; a brother-in-law, Robert C. Beauchesne of Brockton and nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Peter Piette; the son of the late Adrien and Florence (Charron) Piette and the brother-in-law of the late Gerard Beauchesne.

His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd., Fall River, at 11:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.

Visitation, Wednesday morning prior to the funeral from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Donations may be made to Dominican Sisters of Hope, 299 North Highland Ave., Ossining, NY 10562.
