Robert G. Guilmette, Jr.

Robert “Bobby” G. Guilmette, Jr., 51, of Somerset, Formerly of Fall River, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.

He was the partner, best friend, and the love of his life to Kerri Felizberto-Guilmette, with whom he shared 36 years of crazy and fun times together.

Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Robert was the son of the late Robert G. Guilmette, Sr. and Donna G. (Otocki) Guilmette.

Robert lived for traveling in his tractor trailer for many years and was employed by United Van Lines as a mover. He traveled all over the United States with his best friend, Kerri. Robert was an extremely loyal person, with a huge heart, and was always ready to help anyone. He was a C.B. Radio Geek, spending many hours shooting skip, talking with the many great friends he made on the C.B. requesting a radio check. He was mechanically inclined and could fix anything with a motor or a purpose. He was an antique car enthusiast who loved his Volkswagen Bus and Maverick.

Robert loved and adored his children, and was so very proud to be their father. He was a Poppi to his 3 grandchildren who he adored and loved spending time with. He also loved his four legged children, Tederick, T-bone, and his late best friend Bella Bean.

Besides his best friend, wife and mother to his 2 beautiful children, Robert is survived by his children, Brittney Guilmette (fiancé Tyler Oliveira), and Robert G. Guilmette III (fiancée Shania Bergeron); his 3 grandchildren, Jade Guilmette, Robert G. Guilmette IV, and Lucas S. Guilmette; his siblings, Melissa Borges (husband Jason Borges), Eric Guilmette (fiancée Tracy Silvia), and Mabel Guilmette; and his 3 best buddies in life, Don Felizberto, Joe Pavao and Mike Casey, along with his Aunt and Uncle, Hope and Mike Peterson who were always there and only a call away.
