Rita L. (Richard) Ouellette

Rita L. (Richard) Ouellette, 93, of Fall River, wife of the late Joseph Edgar Ouellette, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017.

She enjoyed sewing and crocheting.

She leaves six children, Muriel Cioe and her husband Robert, Dianne Gamson and her husband Russell, Robert Ouellette and his wife Suzanne, Eileen Smith, Michelle Chaplin and her husband David, Joseph Ouellette and his wife Lisa; three sisters, Lucille Kirby, Pauline Boutin and Claudette Porter;
17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was the mother of late Paul Ouellette; the grandmother of late Aaron Gamson, Ashley Cioe and David Chaplin Jr.; sister of the late Norman Richard and Jacqueline Bernier, daughter of the late Edward and Ida (Poirier) Richard and the companion of late Edward Cote.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Joseph Church at 11:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation, Wednesday morning prior to the funeral from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham MA 02452.
