Rita Harding

Rita (Marum) Harding, 79, of Tiverton, formerly of Holden, Maine, died Sunday, March 12, 2006 at her home in Tiverton. She was the wife of the late William Harding, and the former wife of the late Donald Payer. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Little) Marum, she lived in Fall River for many years until 1971 before moving to Holden, Maine. She was a graduate of B. M. C. Durfee High School, Fall River. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Clark of Tiverton, a son, Michael Payer of Holden, Maine, a sister, Ruth Francoeur of Fall River, 5 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Gifford and Thomas Marum. Private arrangements are with AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 S. Main St. Fall River.
