Rita (Boyer) Arsenault, 90, of Jefferson St., Fall River, widow of Roland Arsenault, died Sunday, July 12, 2009.
A member of the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality of the former St. Jean Baptiste Parish, she was employed by Fall River Knitting Mills for many years.
She leaves 3 children, Roger Arsenault and his wife Irene, Donald Arsenault and his wife Carol and Pauline Proulx and her husband Arthur, all of Fall River; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson and nieces and nephews.
She was the daughter of the late Oscar and Antonia (Legault) Boyer and the sister of the late Normand and Albert Boyer.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
Visitation, Wednesday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Donations to Beacon Hospice, 182 No. Main St., Fall River MA 02720 would be appreciated.
