Richard Reis

Richard Reis, 60, of Tiverton, formerly of Roslindale, husband of the late Robin (Cunningham) Reis, died Sunday, July 20, 2014. Born and raised in Little Compton, he was a member of Carpenters Local 33, Boston. Richard was a fun loving man with a great sense of humor and a kind heart. He loved his family and friends back home and in Boston, including "The Swing Shift". He was also a member of the Boston Gun and Rifle Assn. Survivors include a son Richard, stepdaughters Erin and Kelly; siblings, Joseph Reis, III (wife Roseanne), Thomas Reis (wife Susan), Eva Marie Phelan (husband Jeff), all of Little Compton, Dennis Reis (late wife Sheila) of Tiverton and Gail Seavor (husband Mike) of Florida and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Joseph and Eva (Loftus) Reis. His funeral will be held Friday at 10:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Anne Church at 11:30 AM. Cremation to follow. Visitation Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
