Richard A. Menard

Richard A. Menard, 60, a Fall River resident, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017.
Born in Fall River, he was the son of Lorraine (Roy) Menard of Westport and the late Armand G. Menard.
He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He loved cartoons, old television shows and shopping at yard sales and flea markets to find trinkets, usually for his kids, grandkids or pets. He was a loyal and devoted and unbelievably thoughtful and generous man.
He had been employed by N.E. Publications, J.J. Taylor, Lightolier and the Hoyt Corp. He was a friend of Bill W.


Besides his mother, survivors include his two daughters, Stephanie Enloe (husband Darrell) and Nicole Menard, three grandchildren, Jeremias Richard Cabral, Hannah Ferreira and Devin Cabral, four step grandchildren, Sarah Enloe, Julia Enloe, Samantha Ferreira and Dylan Ferreira all of Fall River;
six siblings, Diane Sardinha of Fall River, William Menard and Donna Andrade, both of Westport, Denise Golden of Smithfield, RI, Michelle Roussel of Fall River and Anne Baldwin of Swansea; his former wife, Constance Roussel; numerous nieces and nephews and his dog Zigfried. He was the brother of the late Kenneth Menard.

A visitation will be held Sunday, January 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
