Philip L. Lapre

Philip L. Lapre, 51, of Osborn St., Fall River, husband of Ellen L. (Autote) Lapre, died Wednesday, September 4, 2013. A graduate of Diman Regional Vocational High School, he was a truck driver for Waste Management, Inc. most of his life. A loving husband and father, he was a great man who was always there to help a friend. Besides his wife of 31 years, he leaves 2 daughters, Melissa Shireman and her husband Justin of Weymouth, MA and Jessica Prince and her husband William of Bridgewater, MA; a grandson, Landon Prince; siblings, Mark Lapre (wife Patricia) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Paul Lapre of St. Cloud, FL, Nancy Page (husband Russell) of Somerset and Susan Simbro (husband Steven) of Swansea and his stepmother, Geraldine (Daniels) Lapre of Fall River. He was son of the late Edward and Lorraine (Goulet) Lapre and the brother of the late Cheryl Cambra (husband Michael of Westport) and also leaves his lifelong friends, the Rua Family, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. His funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Anne Church at 10:00 AM. Cremation to follow.
