Peter R. Cordeiro

Peter R. Cordeiro, 63, of Fall River, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 after a long battle with colon cancer.

An employee of the City of Fall River Parks Department for over 30 years, he most recently work as a DPW employee. He was also a limo driver for Salon Salon and an avid New England sports fan, especially football.

He leaves two sisters, Norma Gossic and her fiancé Leo Braz of Westport and Margaret Furtado of Fall River; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many close friends whom he considered family. He was the brother of the late Leo E. Cordeiro and Beverly Hiller and the son of the late Leonel S. Cordeiro and Deolina (Rodrigues) Cordeiro.

His funeral service will be held Saturday, 12/29 at 9:30 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, St. Patrick's Cemetery.
