Pauline (Medeiros) Perry

Pauline (Medeiros) Perry, 65, of Vero Beach, Florida, formerly of Consul St., Fall River, wife of James "Dutch" Perry, and daughter of the late Jose A. and Maria (Rego) Medeiros, died December 14, 2010, at home, surrounded by her loving family, including her sister Mary, who cared for her during her long illness with a brain tumor. Pauline graduated from BMC Durfee High School, Class of 1964, and the Licensed Practical Nursing Program of Pondville Nursing School. She was an accomplished craftsperson, using her talents to start a puppet ministry at Calvary Baptist Church, Sebastian, FL Besides her husband of 43 years, she leaves, 4 sons: Joel Perry (wife Carol) of North Carolina, James Perry (wife Mary) of Hawaii, Joshua Perry of Vero Beach, and Jesse Perry (wife Anna) of Texas; 2 grandchildren; Jacob and Jane Perry of Hawaii; 4 brothers: Joseph Medeiros (wife Dolores) and James Medeiros (wife Nancy), all of Fall River, Lewis Medeiros (wife Jacqueline) of The Villages, FL, and her twin, George Medeiros (wife Pamela) of Wilmington, MA; 6 sisters, Delfina Starkey (late husband George) of Central Square, NY, Cecelia Machado (late husband Arthur) of Tiverton, Mary Lamothe (husband Maurice) of Sebastian, Fl., Hilda Levesque (husband Donald) of Assonet, Irene Lowney (husband Charles) of Milton, and Beverly Weston (husband John) of TN, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Deolinda Wulterkens, Diamentina Hiland, and Maria Medeiros. Private funeral services were held in Florida.
