Pauline Maynard

Pauline (Ouellette) Maynard, 96, of Fall River, entered into rest on Monday, March 17 th , 2025. She was the wife of the late Oscar A. Maynard Jr.

Pauline was a lifelong member of Notre Dame parish in Fall River. She attended Jesus Mary Academy and was employed by the former Fall River Knitting Mills as a machine operator.

She is survived by her two sons, Ronald Maynard of Taunton and Richard Maynard of Fall River.

Pauline was the daughter of the late George and Clara (Gelinas) Ouellette and mother of the late Diane M. Hardman.

One of twelve children, she was predeceased by her four brothers: Oscar, Lucien, Donat and Adrian Ouellette and seven sisters: Dora Roy, Therese Clement, Germaine Gagne, Imelda Ouellette, Jeanne Michaud, Gertrude Cote and Helena Ouellette.

Pauline (better known as Memere) leaves behind her four grandchildren: Samantha and Alexander Maynard, Jacqueline Johnson and Christopher Hardman; five great-grandchildren: Ava, Logan, Emerson, Paige and Nash as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Private interment will be at Notre Dame Cemetery.
