Pauline (Paul) Callahan

Pauline (Paul) Callahan, 93, of Fall River, died Sunday, March 15, 2015. She was the proprietor of the former Pauline's Variety Store on Hamlet St. and was employed by the former Edgar's Dept. Store. She enjoyed walking and dancing. Survivors include 3 daughters, Jacqueline P. Smith of Tiverton, Paula J. Bohun and Joyce B. Botelho, both of Fall River, a sister, Evelyn Marois of New Bedford, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late William and Flora (Smith) Paul and the sister of the late Roland Paul and Doris Caron. Mrs. Callahan donated her body to medical science. Her memorial mass will be held Wednesday, April 15, at St. Anne Church Shrine at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Forever Paws, 300 Lynwood St, Fall River MA 02721.
