Paul Sousa, 49, of Bay St., Fall River, died Sunday, March 26, 2006 at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston.
He was the husband of Natalie (Mello) Sousa.
Born in St. Michael, Azores, the son of Sebastiao and Maria (Moniz) Sousa of St. Michael, he lived in Fall River for the past 29 years.
He worked in construction for 5 years and with his wife, owned and operated Paul's Canteen for the past 23 years.
He was a member of the King Philip Yacht Club.
Besides his wife and parents, survivors include
a daughter, Bianca Sousa of Fall River;
a son, Simon Sousa of Brazil;
a sister, Ana Sousa of Providence, RI;
4 brothers, Edouard Sousa and Victor Sousa, both of Westport, MA, Carlos Sousa of Fall River and Michael Sousa of St. Michael
and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Friday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 9:00 AM.
Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
Calling hours Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
