Paul Couture

Paul Couture, 70, of Fall River, husband of Cecile (Martinville) Couture, died Friday, June 7, 2013. He was employed by Quaker Fabrics and Tanza Liquors, and served in the Army Reserve during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed traveling and playing cribbage and was a fan of sports, especially the Cleveland Browns. Besides his wife of 47 years, he leaves three children, Lori Costello and her husband Capt. Gene Costello, USN of Virginia Beach, VA, Lynette Couture of Fall River and Michelle Cyr and her husband Mike of Swansea, five grandchildren, Cassandra Alves, Amanda Couture and Meghan, Lauren and David Costello; a brother, Roger J. Couture of Somerset, three stepsiblings, Jeanine Turcotte of Tiverton and Paul and Richard Fournier, both of Fall River and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late William Couture, the son of the late Elizee and Loretta (Bouffard) Couture and the brother of the late Raymond Couture. Following cremation, visitation Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St. Fall River. A funeral mass will be held Friday at 9:00 A.M. in Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. Fall River. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
