Paul N. Bernier

Paul N. Bernier, son of the late Rene H. Bernier SR. and Gilberte V. (Castonguay) Bernier, died at home in Newport, RI, January 17, 2022. Mr. Bernier was born in Fall River,MA and attended Notre Dame School, and BMC Durfee High School.

He was the owner of Bernier Bros. Auto Service, Second St., Fall River. He was an expert mechanic with an avid sense of what was wrong. He served in the Massachusetts National Guard, and was a member of Newport Rifle Club and several local area pistol ranges.

Paul is survived by his daughter Melissa Bernier of Fall River, his brother Rene H. Bernier II, of Sarasota FL, and numerous local family and friends. There will be a private service held at St Columba's Catholic Cemetery, Middletown RI.
