Ormenzinda "Emma" (Pereira) Cidade

Ormenzinda "Emma" (Pereira) Cidade, 82, of Fall River, widow of Eduardo V. "Eddie" Cidade, died Thursday, January 8, 2015. Born in Furnas, Sé�o Miguel, Azores, she was employed by Rodman Sportswear, Beacon Garment and A & A Manufacturing. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She was a member of I.L.G.W.U. and the former Our Lady of The Angels Parish. Survivors include four sons, Eduardo F. Cidade (wife Selina) of Ellwood City, PA and George V. Cidade (wife Paulina), Francisco "Frank" Cidade (wife Robin) and David A. Cidade (wife Helia) all of Fall River, siblings, Eduardo Pereira of Swansea and Norma Camara of Westport, nine grandchildren, Eddie, Melissa, Richie, Matthew, Desiree, Katarina, Christian, Michael and Stevie, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Laura Ferreira and Francisco "Frank" Pereira and the daughter of the late Antonio and Rosalie (Cabral) Pereira. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:00 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Good Shepherd Church at 9:00 a.m. Burial, St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
