Normand J. Hamel, 85, of Fall River, entered into rest Wednesday, October 14, 2015. He leaves nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Leonidas and Yvonne (Plante) Hamel and the brother of the late Alfred J. Hamel, Blanche Fontaine and Napoleon Hamel.
